This class examines the three phases of the diet, what foods are included in each phase, the rationale for including such foods, portion sizes, and how the plan outlined in the Rice Diet Solution differs from doing the Program in residence.
Note: This is the first of a two-part series although each class stands alone as a separate entity and purchase. During the second class we will continue the discussion about food and provide suggestions on how to best set the diet into operation to meet your personal goals and health conditions.
